This is for someone who understands attention, storytelling, and leverage, and knows how to turn content into growth.
As a Social Media & Content Strategist, you will own how Humans of Hustle shows up, scales, and stays relevant.
You will decide what gets created, what gets pushed, and what gets ignored.
You’re not here to post.
You’re here to build distribution, shape narrative, and drive impact.
What You’ll Own- End-to-end content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify
- Turning conversations into high-retention, high-impact content
- Building distribution loops that compound (not one-off posts)
- Creating campaigns that cut through noise and command attention
- Defining and evolving the brand voice, sharp, distinct, and non-generic
- Owning growth metrics: reach, retention, engagement, and audience depth
- Using data as a weapon, doubling down on what works, killing what doesn’t
- Working directly with founders and core team to translate vision into scale
What We’re Looking For- You understand content at a first-principles level, not trends, but why trends work
- You’ve grown or scaled platforms, not just managed them
- You can spot a strong hook, a weak narrative, and a missed opportunity instantly
- You write and think clearly, no fluff, no corporate tone
- You’re fast, decisive, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes
- You care about building something that lasts, not just posting what’s easy
- Bonus: Experience in PR, storytelling, or founder-led brands
- 5 years + experience in Social Media and related field.
