Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai,India for a Social Media and Content Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering the brand’s online presence. Responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, staying ahead of digital trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand communications. Additionally, the candidate will lead efforts to craft compelling stories and establish a consistent voice across social platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Campaign Planning
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Writing, and Copywriting
- Experience with Analytics, Social Media Metrics, and Performance Optimization
- Expertise in Community Engagement and Audience Interaction
- Creativity and a strong sense of branding and storytelling
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role or in the e-commerce/creative product industry is a plus
