Hiring: Social Media & Content Intern

Location: Remote

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Duration: 3 months Internship - with a chance of onboarding full-time based on performance.

Marketers Quest is looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who understands how to create content that connects with audiences in the UK and US.

We are building for a global audience, so this role is for someone based in India who has a strong understanding of Western trends, social media culture, content styles, and audience behaviour. We need someone who is highly creative, communicates well, and can turn ideas into content that grabs attention.

We are currently at close to 100K followers on Instagram, and our goal is to reach 200K followers in the next 2 months. This means we are looking for someone who is not casual about the role — we want someone dedicated, proactive, fast-moving, and genuinely excited about building a high-growth brand.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of UK & US social media trends, culture, and content angles
• Excellent creative thinking and communication skills
• Ability to write, brainstorm, and assist in creating engaging social media content
• Someone who is deeply familiar with Instagram content strategy, viral formats, hooks, captions, and audience engagement
• Must be consistent, reliable, and serious about growth
• Based in India and available to work remotely
