Role Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Managing Intern to build and manage Caizenco’s professional presence on LinkedIn and Instagram. This role focuses on creating high-quality, brand-aligned content that reflects our positioning as a modern consulting and technology firm.
This is not a “post random graphics” role.
This is about brand credibility, clarity, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Caizenco’s LinkedIn & Instagram presence with a professional, B2B-focused tone
- Design clean, business-aligned posts using Canva (carousels, banners, announcements, thought leadership)
- Repurpose company insights into social-friendly content
- Maintain a consistent visual and messaging style across platforms
- Write captions aligned with consulting, AI, data, and business themes
- Schedule and organize content calendars
- Track engagement and basic performance metrics
- Support branding initiatives, campaigns, and company announcements
What We are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of professional brand presence on LinkedIn & Instagram
- Good Canva design skills (clean > flashy)
- Basic copywriting for business and consulting content
- Interest in AI, analytics, consulting, startups, or B2B industries
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Willing to learn and take ownership
