Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Analyst – Solar EPC at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited. The Social Media Analyst will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the company’s social media channels across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on the solar EPC and renewable energy domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking key metrics, preparing performance dashboards, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and content. The role will collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to support lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership initiatives. The Social Media Analyst will also assist in audience research, competitor benchmarking, and testing new social media formats and strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Strong social media analytics skills, including experience with platform insights, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Ability to interpret data, build clear reports and dashboards, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media strategy, content performance metrics, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid social, lead generation, and brand-building in B2B or infrastructure sectors.
- Interest in or exposure to solar energy, EPC projects, or broader renewable energy markets is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical data in simple, business-oriented terms.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
