Mavendoer is looking for a Social Media Analyst with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about social media performance, content analytics, audience insights, and digital growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with creative, performance marketing, and strategy teams to analyse social media campaigns, optimise content performance, and drive meaningful engagement and business impact across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse social media performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and audience growth
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Work with content and paid media teams to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
• Identify trends, content opportunities, and competitor benchmarks
• Support campaign planning with data-backed recommendations
• Monitor social listening insights and audience behaviour
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content performance metrics
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns is a plus
Experience Required: 2+ years in social media analytics / digital marketing
