Social Media & AI Content Manager – Instagram & YouTube
Location – Greater Noida/Gurugram/Lodhi Road
The Social Media & AI Content Manager will lead Instagram and YouTube strategy, content creation, and audience growth by combining creative storytelling with AI-driven content development. The role requires a trend-savvy and creative professional who can generate fresh content ideas, leverage AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, and drive digital engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Instagram and YouTube content calendars.
- Create trend-driven reels, shorts, videos, stories, and posts.
- Use AI tools including Claude for content ideation, captions, scripts, and campaign support.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Coordinate shoots, editing, thumbnails, captions, and publishing.
- Drive audience engagement, follower growth, and platform reach.
- Track analytics and optimize content performance and strategy.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across platforms.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in media, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in social media or AI-assisted content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, reels, shorts, and digital trends.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and execution skills.
