We are hiring a Media Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships Manager to help us build direct brand relationships, unlock new revenue streams, and grow The Tatva beyond traditional social media inventory.
This role is for someone who understands social media, content, brands, internet culture, and revenue. We are not looking for someone who only sells posts. We are looking for someone who can sell ideas, campaigns, narratives, branded content, IPs, and long-term partnerships.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Work from office / Hybrid
Timings: 10AM - 6PM
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across FMCG, fintech, fashion, beauty, education, entertainment, tech, D2C, food, travel, lifestyle, and youth-focused brands.
- Identify and build relationships with brands, founders, CMOs, brand managers, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Drive direct brand partnerships and reduce dependency on agency-led bulk deals.
- Pitch The Tatva as a social-first media network, not just an Instagram page.
- Create and sell campaign ideas beyond standard posts, including branded content, launch campaigns, IPs, app integrations, trend-led activations, and cross-platform distribution.
- Work closely with the founders and content team to turn brand problems into strong social media-first campaign ideas.
- Create proposals, media plans, pricing structures, and campaign packages.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, closures, and campaign coordination.
- Track market trends, creator campaigns, competitor campaigns, brand spends, and new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, social media sales, digital media sales, influencer marketing, branded content, creator economy, agency sales, or media sales.
- Prior experience working in social media, digital media, influencer marketing, creator economy, content platforms, media pages, meme pages, youth pages, or social-first campaigns is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, social media pages, content formats, engagement behaviour, meme culture, youth audiences, and digital-first brand communication.
- Ability to sell ideas and campaigns, not just ad inventory.
- Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network with brands, agencies, marketers, media planners, or influencer marketing teams will be an advantage.
- Should be proactive, target-driven, sharp, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment.
