Social Media Account Manager — Goa (Onsite, Full-Time)

About Maximaaz Studios
We're a Goa-based F&B content agency managing social media for some of Goa's most recognized restaurants, bars, and hospitality brands. Our work is premium, fast-moving, and client-facing. We shoot, we strategize, we deliver — and we need someone who can hold it all together on the client side.
The Role
This is not a "post content and log off" job.
You'll be the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal team — editors, designers, photographers, strategists. You own the relationship. You own the calendar. You own the communication. When a client is anxious, you calm them down. When the team needs direction, you give it. When something goes wrong, you handle it before it becomes a fire.
You'll manage 3–4 F&B client accounts end-to-end content calendars, approvals, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day client communication. You'll work closely with our creative and production team to ensure work goes out on time, on brief, and to a standard the client is proud of.
What You'll Actually Do Every Day
Own client communication across WhatsApp, email, and calls — promptly, professionally, and with warmth
Build and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with our creative strategist
Brief editors and designers clearly so work comes back right the first time
Get content approved by clients without it becoming a back-and-forth nightmare
Monitor posting schedules, story hygiene, highlights, and profile upkeep
Flag issues before they escalate — to the client or internally
Attend monthly client calls to present reports and plans
Visit client locations in Goa once or twice a month for stories and relationship building
You're the Right Person If:
You communicate like a pro — clear, warm, fast, and composed under pressure
You can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
You understand Instagram well enough to have an informed conversation with a client about what's working and why
You take ownership. If something slips, you catch it — you don't wait to be told
You're based in Goa and can commit to working from our Vasco office
You're organized. Deadlines are not suggestions for you.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
You need constant hand-holding to get started
You treat client communication as secondary to "creative work"
You rely heavily on AI to write captions without adding your own voice and judgment
You can't handle a client who's stressed or demanding without shutting down
Experience
1–3 years preferred — in social media management, account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role. We're open to strong freshers who can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a track record of taking initiative, even outside a formal job.
