Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Social Media Executive. The role involves managing and growing the company's presence across various social media platforms, creating and curating content, and engaging with the online community. The Social Media Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies, monitor analytics, and implement social media campaigns aligned with the company’s goals. Additionally, timely responsiveness to social media interactions and trend analysis will form a critical aspect of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Management, including content creation and platform optimization (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Proficiency in Creative Content Development, Visual Storytelling, and Graphic Design tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze trends, monitor competitors' strategies, and create data-driven improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in video creation, editing tools, or knowledge of emerging social platforms is a plus.
