#1 Part-time Social Marketing Assistant

🚀 About the Role
Do you actively engage with platforms such as Instagram Reels or TikTok? Are you quick to identify and understand emerging trends and memes?
We are looking for a trend-aware individual who can represent [Game Name] and communicate with gamers not only in India but across global markets.
This role is more than a part-time opportunity, it offers a valuable chance to build and showcase your digital portfolio on a global stage.
🕹 What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Plan and produce short-form videos and visual content (e.g., reels, card news) that effectively showcase the game within a short format.
- Community Management: Engage with users on Discord, X (Twitter), and Instagram, and support the growth of an active community.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging trends and challenges in India and global markets and apply them to game marketing in a timely manner.
- Localization Review: Review and refine SuperClub menu content in local languages.
- Community Setup & Operation: Create and manage a Fortress club within SuperClub for Indian users.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- University student currently residing in Bangalore, India
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and enjoys content creation (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Fluent in English and Kannada, with strong written communication skills
- Familiar with gaming terminology and gamer culture
- Able to create engaging and witty content
- Able to work part-time with a strong sense of responsibility
⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience managing online communities or SNS pages
- Content creation experience (posts, short videos, memes, etc.)
⏰ Working Conditions
- Employment type: Part-time
- Contract period: Initial 3-month contract
- ※ Contract extension or long-term collaboration will be considered based on performance and results
- Working hours: 20 hours per week (approximately 4 hours per day, negotiable)
- Location: Bangalore / Remote work available (hybrid negotiable)
- Compensation: 15,000 – 25,000 INR per month
- (Negotiable based on contribution and performance)

Are you a “Sherlock Holmes” when it comes to finding in-game bugs? Do you find satisfaction in resolving user issues?
You will play a critical role as the final line of defense, ensuring that [Game Name] is released and operated in the best possible condition.
Gain early insight into the behind-the-scenes of game development and build strong technical expertise through hands-on experience.
🕹 What You’ll Do
- Bug Hunting: Play the game ahead of updates to identify and report issues before release
- Player Support: Assist Indian users by resolving technical issues and answering inquiries
- Live Monitoring: Track real-time community feedback and share key insights with the development team
- Event Planning: Propose and plan in-game and external events tailored to local preferences, based on gameplay experience and user feedback
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- University student currently residing in Bangalore, India
- Fluent in English and Kannada, with strong written communication skills
- Strong understanding of mobile game systems with solid logical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to catch even minor issues (e.g., typos, numerical errors)
- Able to clearly and concisely report and explain issues

- Interest in esports, tournaments, or live-service games
