We’re looking for an SL & ORM Executive with hands-on experience in Social Listening & Online Monitoring.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Monitor online conversations, trends & potential crises
• Analyse conversations and generate actionable insights
• Prepare daily monitoring reports, presentations & ad-hoc reports
• Manage multiple brand trackers using Excel formulas & data analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on experience with Locobuzz, Konnect Insights & Meltwater
• Strong knowledge of social listening & manual monitoring
• Good Excel, analytical & presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
