About the Role
Peppy is looking for a Social Media Intern to support day-to-day social media execution and content coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media platforms, enjoys working with content, and wants hands-on experience with a fast-growing D2C brand.
Responsibilities
1. UGC Coordination
Reach out to creators and track responses
Share briefs, scripts, and references
Follow up on submissions and timelines
Track deliverables (received / pending / revisions)
Coordinate edits and ensure final assets are ready
Maintain UGC tracker and update regularly
2. Social Media Execution
Upload and schedule posts (reels, stories, posts)
Check comments
Ensure correct captions, keywords, and tags are added
Check formatting (audio, size, cropping, spelling) before posting
Maintain and update the content calendar
3. Content Support
Track trends and share relevant references
Maintain an idea bank
Assist with basic content planning inputs
4. Shoot Coordination
Model sourcing and coordination
Location shortlisting
Prepare props and shoot requirements
On-ground coordination during shoots
5. Agency Coordination (Ziel)
Share briefs, scripts, and references
Follow up on timelines and deliverables
Coordinate revisions and feedback
6. Tracking & Organisation
Maintain content, UGC, and shoot trackers
Organise files and folders with proper naming
Ensure assets are stored and accessible
7. Communication & Follow-ups
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
Flag delays or issues in advance
Share regular updates on task status
Expectation
Work should be timely, clear, and organised
Do not wait for reminders — follow up proactively
Flag issues early instead of at the last minute
Requirements
• Interest in social media, content, and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of Instagram and content trends
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera for content
