Role: Social Media & Community Growth Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: Duration, 3–6 Months
Reports to: Community Manager / Marketing Lead
Role Overview: We are looking for a creative, social media enthusiastic student and ambassador who is camera-friendly, involved in creative discussions, and has their own creative ideas for making social media content to join our growth team. You will be at the front lines of our community-building efforts, responsible for establishing our presence on "high-intent" platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Discord, while managing broader social media awareness and leading a small team of campus ambassadors or junior interns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finding Five Students from your College for Increasing Engagement and Spreading Awareness on Different Social Media Channels.
2. Assign daily or weekly posting tasks to team members.
3. Engagement Tracking & Analytics : Track engagement metrics of posts created by your team members:
Requirements
- Current college student from any recognized university.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Familiarity with Reddit and Discord culture is a plus.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking engagement metrics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate a team.
- Good written English with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
