<li>Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.</li>
<li>Conduct soccer classes for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.</li>
<li>Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.</li>
<li>Attend seasonal training sessions and mid-season refreshers at our clubhouse.</li>
<li>Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.</li>
<li>Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.</li>
<li>Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with supervisor, families, and teachers.</li>
<li>Transport self and equipment to class location, setup and tear down field</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience working with preschool age children.</li>
<li>Genuine passion for children and sports.</li>
<li>Energetic, engaging, responsible and safety conscious.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.</li>
<li>Drivers license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.</li>
<li>Coaches must have or obtain state-required background clearances.</li>
