</div><div>Here's why you should consider becoming a Soccer Shots Coach: <br><br><strong>Where You’ll Coach</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Sessions take place at local parks, schools, and childcare centers across Acton, Concord, Maynard, Weston, Sudbury, Wayland, Littleton, Harvard, and nearby towns. </li>
<li>Ideal for candidates who live, study, or work in these areas.</li>
<li>No prior coaching experience required. We provide all training</li>

<strong>Why Coach with Soccer Shots?</strong> </div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Make a Difference:</strong> Motivate and inspire young players (ages 2-8) on and off the field. </li>
<li>
<strong>Consistent Weekly Schedule:</strong> Coaches are assigned to predictable weekly sessions (morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts) based on availability. See below for example shifts!</li>
<li>
<strong>Competitive Pay:</strong> Starting at $25/hour with weekly paychecks. Base increase per season based on performance </li>
<li>
<strong>Hands-on Training:</strong> Approximately 12-15 hours of training. </li>
<li>
<strong>Advancement</strong>: Opportunities to grow into trainer or leadership roles over time</li>
<li>
<strong>Supportive Environment:</strong> Get thorough training, leadership support, and a fun company culture. </li>
<li>
<strong>Everything You Need:</strong> We provide uniforms, equipment, and paid meetings to ensure you're successful. </li>
<li>
<strong>Travel Stipend:</strong> Coaches assigned to locations 30+ minutes away are eligible for additional travel compensation</li>

<strong>What We're Looking For:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>
<strong>High-Energy & Motivated:</strong> Bring enthusiasm and a passion for working with children. </li>
<li>
<strong>Strong Leadership:</strong> Be confident and able to lead groups of up to 12 kids. </li>
<li>
<strong>Safety-First Mentality:</strong> Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all players. </li>
<li>
<strong>Reliable Transportation:</strong> Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. </li>
<li>
<strong>Weekend Availability: Must </strong>be able to work either<strong> Saturday or Sunday </strong>during the season. </li>
<li>
<strong>High School Diploma Required</strong> </li>

<strong>A Typical Day as a Coach:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at preschools, parks, and indoor fields.</li>
<li>Arrive on time and create a positive experience for both children and families. </li>
<li>Lead engaging activities at local parks, schools, or indoor fields using our curriculum that emphasizes skill development and character building. </li>
</ul><div><strong>Consistent Part-Time Schedules </strong></div><ul>
<li>Weekend Mornings: Parks or indoor fields between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM</li>
<li>Weekday Mornings: Schools between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM</li>
<li>Weekday Afternoons: Schools or parks between 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM</li>
<li>Hybrid Option (Most Popular): One weekend day and one weekday shift</li>
