Summary:
Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Office Manager and Business Office. In addition to cash reconciliation, typing, and filing, performs duties such as financial recordkeeping, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
Position is 100% on-site.
Essential Duties include the following; however, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Collecting daily deposit, cash clearing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain daily account balances.
- Process new business contracts and cancellations.
- Post extended warranty and cancellation statements.
- Process cancellation refunds.
- Vendor product payables.
- Balance accounting schedules.
- Process the Daily Deposit as a back-up.
- Communicate with vendors, banks, and store level Financial Services Managers
- Must be organized.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $16.90 up to $18.00.
Qualifications

- High school diploma, or equivalent desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction and able to work independently or as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively.
- Must be detail orientated and be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work for multiple locations.
- Ability to maintain high ethical standards.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public; use standard office equipment.
