About Kimayaa
Kimayaa is a premium women’s designer wear fashion brand with an offline store and a growing online presence through Instagram and WhatsApp. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and proactive Social Media Manager who can completely handle Kimayaa’s social media presence from content planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Store Coverage
Create instant and engaging content from the store daily
Shoot and create Instagram stories, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based videos
Capture new arrivals, styling videos, customer interactions, festive collections, and in-store moments
Be physically present at the store to ensure regular and real-time content creation
Social Media Management
Plan and manage monthly content calendars
Maintain Instagram page aesthetics and brand consistency
Upload and schedule posts, reels, and stories regularly
Write engaging captions and coordinate trending content ideas
Influencer & Collaboration Management
Find and connect with fashion influencers, creators, and bloggers
Coordinate influencer collaborations, barter shoots, and brand tie-ups
Build relationships with local creators and fashion communities
Growth & Engagement
Increase Instagram engagement and reach organically
Stay updated with social media trends, reels audio, and viral formats
Respond to DMs, comments, and audience interactions when required
Suggest new campaign ideas and marketing activities for brand growth
Requirements
Visit the Kimayaa boutique 3 to 4 times a week. Store location is Thane
Experience in managing fashion/lifestyle social media accounts
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content formats
Basic photography/video shooting & editing skills
Creative mindset with quick execution ability
Comfortable being on-ground and working from the store
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar editing apps
Good communication and coordination skills
Bonus Skills
Fashion styling sense
Influencer network
Paid ads knowledge
Experience with fashion shoots and campaign planning
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can handle Kimayaa’s social media “in and out” — from planning content to creating it instantly at the store, growing the page, managing influencers, and making the brand look active, premium, and trendy every single day.
