SoC Verification Lead – High-Speed Protocols

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated SoC Verification Lead with strong expertise in High-Speed Protocol Verification. The candidate will be responsible for leading verification activities, developing robust verification environments, and driving verification closure for complex SoC designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead verification efforts for SoC and subsystem-level designs.
- Develop and execute verification plans, test cases, and coverage strategies.
- Build and maintain UVM-based verification environments.
- Debug and resolve functional issues in collaboration with design teams.
- Drive functional and code coverage closure.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in design reviews and verification sign-off activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Hands-on experience in SoC/ASIC Verification.
- Expertise in one or more High-Speed Protocols:
- PCIe
- USB
- Ethernet
- MIPI
- DDR/LPDDR
- CXL
- UCIe
- SerDes-based interfaces
- Experience in developing testbenches, scoreboards, assertions, and coverage models.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard simulation and verification tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with low-power verification.
- Exposure to emulation or FPGA prototyping.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, VLSI, or related fields.
