Job Summary
We are seeking experienced trainers for SOC (Security Operations Center) and Penetration Testing (Ethical Hacking) to deliver high-quality, practical training.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in either defensive (SOC) or offensive (PenTesting) cybersecurity domains, along with the ability to train and mentor students effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led classroom training in SOC and/or Penetration Testing
Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world case studies
Train students in:
SOC: Threat Monitoring, SIEM, Incident Response
PenTesting: Ethical Hacking, Vulnerability Assessment, Exploitation
Prepare learners for international cybersecurity certifications
Design and update training content based on current industry standards
Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical projects
Provide mentoring and career guidance
Support workshops, bootcamps, and corporate training programs
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity fundamentals
Hands-on experience in:
SOC (SIEM tools, log analysis, threat detection)
OR Penetration Testing (web, network, and system security)
Familiarity with tools such as:
Splunk, QRadar (SOC)
Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap (PenTesting)
Knowledge of Network Security, Risk Management, and Security Practices
Awareness of cybersecurity certifications (CEH, OSCP, etc.)
Qualifications
Education: M.Sc / M.Tech / MCA in Cyber Security
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Mandatory: Classroom training experience
Strong practical exposure in cybersecurity domains
Ability to deliver structured, engaging classroom sessions
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring
Ability to handle offline classroom environments

This is a strictly on-site role in Chennai.
