Role Description
We are seeking a skilled SOC (Security Operations Center) Manager for a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad. The SOC Manager will oversee the operations of the Security Operations Center, manage daily cybersecurity activities, conduct threat analysis, develop and implement security protocols, and lead incident response efforts. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are in place and effective, while also mentoring and developing SOC team members. This role requires managing tools, delivering compliance reports, and staying updated on evolving cyber threats to bolster organizational defenses.
Qualifications
- Proficient in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, and incident response
- Ability to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and monitoring plans
- Strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) tools
- Leadership, team management, and mentorship capabilities
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the deployment and monitoring of AI-driven security platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM strongly preferred
