Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

Must have : SOC Manager Experience, Cyber Security (SOC, EDR, Threat Hunting, PAM, Vulnerability Management, Pen Testing etc..,)
Should also have knowledge on handling P&L and GM
Good to have : Security Advisor, Governance Risk and Compliance, OT Security, Security Solution architect
- Responsible for overall SOC strategy. Enabling sales growth through continued advancement of service delivery capability & quality
- Guiding & mentoring the SOC management team to enhance personal & team performance
- Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence.
- Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
- Revising and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs.
- Responsible for overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center
- Ensuring daily management, administration & maintenance of security devices to achieve operational effectiveness.
- Ensuring threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring.
- Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.
- Participate in RFI/RFP and create technical solutions for new/existing business.
- Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for P&L of the accounts managed.
- Develop and maintain an educational environment where the knowledge and performance of the group is constantly advancing.
- Keep current with the latest vendor updates, expansion opportunities, and technology directions.

- Determining how to best accomplish Company objectives
- Defining SOC success & setting associated clear, accountable team goals
- Demonstrating strength & conviction to achieve despite obstacles & objections
- Continuously improving SOC skills, processes & systems to facilitate rapid growth, add consistency, improve quality, and enhance the service delivery experience
- Strategically planning & managing resources & the associated budget
- Constantly improving operational efficiency without compromising quality
- Using customer feedback and data analytics to identify Company-wide improvements
- Offering regular status updates & planning discussions with senior Company leadership
- Acting as Voice of the Customer across the Company
- Providing staff feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans & ongoing mentoring
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, audit & legal requirements & identifying potential risk issues
- Working effectively with peers & stakeholders to negotiate and influence customer improvements
- Championing continuous improvement
