Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a SOC Application Support Specialist 3+ years of exp to support log analytics, SIEM administration, monitoring, and security application incident management within the SOC environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud (SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, log analysis).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience working with Azure and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix (CPU, memory, disk, network utilization monitoring).
  
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Cribl for log management.
• Familiarity with Winlogbeat, syslog, and other logging agents/tools.
• Basic exposure to AWS and GCP environments.
• Experience with Ansible for automation.
• Familiarity with GitLab for version control.
