Test Planning & Design

• Analyze Workday HCM business process documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications to derive test conditions and scenarios.
• Develop detailed, step-by-step test scripts for relevant test phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Identify test data requirements and prepare or coordinate test data setup in the Workday tenant.
• Maintain traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects to ensure full test coverage.

• 2–4 years’ experience in ERP testing, with a minimum of 1 year focused on Workday HCM.
