Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for SAP eWM‑based solutions
- Design end‑to‑end SAP eWM solutions aligned to business objectives, including integrations with SAP MM, SAP TM, 3PL partners, and automated warehouse environments
- Oversee implementation management, ensuring technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with defined quality standards
- Drive system integrations, managing technical dependencies and resolving challenges across SAP and third‑party logistics systems
- Act as a liaison between business, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery across cross‑system integrations
- Lead testing and quality assurance activities, developing and executing test plans to validate solutions against business and regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution designs, implementation approaches, testing outcomes, and operational readiness
- Support training and hypercare activities, enabling smooth adoption and effective use of solutions by end users
- KPI: Successful delivery of SAP eWM solutions meeting agreed scope, quality, timeline, and compliance objectives
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong hands‑on experience in requirements analysis and solution design for SAP eWM
- Proven expertise with SAP eWM integrations including SAP MM, SAP TM, automated warehouses, and 3PL systems
- Experience leading implementation management, including complex integrations between SAP and third‑party IT solutions
- Solid background in testing and quality assurance, including test planning and execution
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills applied to complex logistics environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences effectively
- Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working within regulated or GxP‑compliant environments
- Exposure to large‑scale SAP transformation or global template programs
