Role Description The Snr Manager Administration and Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for overseeing all administrative and facilities management functions for the unit. The role includes managing office infrastructure, building and equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and security services to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. The individual will handle vendor management, including negotiation, contracts, and performance monitoring, while optimizing costs and service quality. Daily responsibilities include coordinating space planning, seating arrangements, and office moves; supervising facility operations; and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The Snr Manager will also prepare and manage budgets for administration and facilities, track expenditures, and provide regular reports to leadership, while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong administration and facilities management experience, including office infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and security oversight.
- Proficiency in vendor and contract management, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring for facility-related services.
- Experience in budget planning and cost control for administration and facilities, with an ability to analyze data and optimize operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and experience implementing workplace compliance standards and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Previous experience in financial services, infrastructure, or clean technology sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in facilities or administration are beneficial.
