Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Event Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi location. The Senior Event Manager will oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, liaise with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless events. Additional responsibilities include budget management, on-site event management, team supervision, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing feedback and delivering top-quality services.
Qualifications
- Strong project and event management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
- Vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management experience
- Team leadership and operational management expertise
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking under tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of event tools and platforms is an asset
- Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is advantageous
