Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and schemas within Snowflake environment.
- Implement and maintain ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define data requirements and optimize data models.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, improve efficiency and performance.
- Document technical specifications and best practices for data handling and configurations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Snowflake data platform
- Strong SQL scripting and query optimization skills
- Experience with ETL tools and processes
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure or AWS
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Preferred
- Experience in big data environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes for data pipelines
- Certifications related to Snowflake or cloud platforms
