Enterprise Data Architecture & Modeling

Design and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting CRM, Customer360, churn prediction, revenue analytics, and operational intelligence
Own the data dictionary, metadata management, and documentation standards
Ensure consistent dimensional modeling (fact/dimension tables) for revenue, customer lifecycle, and engagement tracking

Data Pipeline & Workflow Engineering

Build and maintain efficient ELT/ETL pipelines and transformations within Snowflake
Develop and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration across Salesforce, CPQ, billing, ERP, support platforms, product telemetry, and other enterprise systems
Lead efforts to automate data workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency
Harmonize structured and semi-structured data sources into unified, analytics-ready datasets

Customer360 & Churn Analytics Enablement

Enable downstream analytics, dashboards, AI models, and churn prediction frameworks
Design unified customer-level views combining sales, revenue, support, and product usage data
Support retention, expansion, and lifecycle performance analytics

Data Quality, Governance & Reliability

Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection processes
Oversee deployment and maintenance of data solutions ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability
Conduct regular assessments of existing data systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement upgrades
Establish data governance best practices, access controls, and auditing frameworks
