Enterprise Data Architecture & Modeling
- Design and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting CRM, Customer360, churn prediction, revenue analytics, and operational intelligence
- Own the data dictionary, metadata management, and documentation standards
- Ensure consistent dimensional modeling (fact/dimension tables) for revenue, customer lifecycle, and engagement tracking
Data Pipeline & Workflow Engineering
- Build and maintain efficient ELT/ETL pipelines and transformations within Snowflake
- Develop and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration across Salesforce, CPQ, billing, ERP, support platforms, product telemetry, and other enterprise systems
- Lead efforts to automate data workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency
- Harmonize structured and semi-structured data sources into unified, analytics-ready datasets
Customer360 & Churn Analytics Enablement
- Enable downstream analytics, dashboards, AI models, and churn prediction frameworks
- Design unified customer-level views combining sales, revenue, support, and product usage data
- Support retention, expansion, and lifecycle performance analytics
Data Quality, Governance & Reliability
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection processes
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of data solutions ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability
- Conduct regular assessments of existing data systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement upgrades
- Establish data governance best practices, access controls, and auditing frameworks
