Job Description:
Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
Deep understanding of ITSM processes and Service Desk operations in enterprise environments.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and CMDB health.
Hands‑on experience in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations.
ServiceNow development experience
Hands on Experience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and AI‑assisted workflows.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and delivery execution skills.
