Software Engineer — Frontend

Software Engineer — Frontend Hybrid / San Francisco, CA or Redwood City, CA We're looking for talented Frontend Engineers to help build and scale our next-generation AI platform. As a Frontend Engineer at Snorkel AI, you'll play a key role in designing and developing the user-facing components of our web-based products, with a focus on building highly interactive and performant user experiences. Responsibilities: - Design and develop new frontend features and improvements for our web-based products - Contribute to our React-based frontend codebase, ensuring high code quality, testability, and maintainability - Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences - Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and overall frontend strategy - Mentor and support more junior engineers on the team Requirements: - 3+ years of experience building complex, interactive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of their underlying principles - Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization - Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and build processes (e.g. webpack, Babel, ESLint) - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
