What does your role bring to the table?
At Snooze, we are building something different. Great
restaurants are not built in conference rooms, they are built through
consistent execution in our restaurants. This role exists to close the gap
between idea and execution.
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Projects plays a critical
role in turning leadership decisions into real-world results. Reporting
directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role leads cross-functional
initiatives from concept through pilot and system-wide rollout, ensuring that
what we commit to as a business shows up cleanly, consistently, and effectively
in our restaurants. This is not a traditional project management role; it is
about driving clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams.
Partnering closely with
Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Supply Chain, Training, and senior leaders
across the business, this role helps move work forward with speed and
discipline while pressure-testing ideas against real restaurant conditions. As
Snooze continues to grow, the ability to execute consistently across
restaurants becomes increasingly critical. The Senior Manager of Enterprise
Projects ensures we scale without losing what makes us great.
