What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Define and track key social media performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of each social media campaign, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Utilize social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to streamline content scheduling, reporting, and engagement.
  • Plan and maintain a detailed social media content calendar in coordination with the content and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and partners via social media to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on social media performance, including recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Conceptualize and execute new social media campaigns and initiatives to achieve maximum engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries or concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • Implement paid social media strategies, optimizing budget for the best possible ROI.
  • Support crisis management strategies for social media channels, ensuring appropriate responses during high-pressure situations.
  • Stay current with social media advertising trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Test and implement new features across platforms (such as Instagram Stories, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)



Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and/or 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, strategy, and analytics across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, or others to measure and track performance.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Arabic (speaking and writing), preferably Khaleeji dialect.
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing social media landscapes and think creatively to address new challenges.
  • Experience managing crisis situations or addressing negative feedback on social media.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
