The Job Overview

Snoonu is seeking a Manager / Senior Associate – Market Intelligence to lead the development and growth of its Market Intelligence practice, a key pillar within SnooLabs, Snoonu’s Retail Media and Market Intelligence division. Reporting directly to the Head of SnooLabs, this role will take full ownership of building a data-powered insights business that transforms Snoonu’s proprietary market data into actionable intelligence for both internal stakeholders and external partners.


This is a unique opportunity to build the practice from the ground up, shaping its strategic direction, designing and delivering insight-driven products, and playing a central role in the commercialization and sales of these offerings. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical expertise, commercial orientation, and a passion for converting data into business value.


(Some of) What you will be doing:

Strategy and Practice Development:

  • Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and service offering of the Market Intelligence function, aligned with SnooLabs’ overarching business objectives.
  • Design and implement robust methodologies to generate insights on market dynamics, shopper behavior, category performance, and brand health using Snoonu’s first-party data
  • Build a scalable portfolio of insight products, including standardized reports, bespoke research, and campaign performance evaluations.


Data-Driven Insight Generation

  • Analyze proprietary market data to surface trends, behavioral insights, and competitive dynamics that drive business growth.
  • Craft compelling, insight-led narratives to support both internal strategy and partner decision- making.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards, templates, and tools to ensure consistent and scalable insight delivery


Commercialization and Sales Enablement

  • Actively contribute to the sales and monetization of Market Intelligence products and services.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, and Partnerships teams to identify client needs and propose relevant insight-based solutions.
  • Participate in client pitches, meetings, and Joint Business Planning sessions to present research findings and position market intelligence as a revenue-generating value-add.
  • Support pricing strategy and go-to-market planning for insight offerings, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with business goals.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure access to high-quality data, tool development, and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Work closely with the Head of SnooLabs to support strategic initiatives, client strategy alignment, and internal planning


Reporting and Communication

  • Produce and present periodic and ad hoc insight reports tailored for business reviews, executive updates, and partner collaboration.
  • Contribute strategic content to presentations and proposals that leverage market intelligence for business development and performance tracking.


Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these?

  • Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

A Master’s degree is preferred, particularly with a focus on Market Research, Data Analytics, or Strategic Management

  • Experience

4–7 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, consumer insights, or analytics roles.

Experience in a tech-enabled, data-rich business environment is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in developing and/or selling insight products, research services, or data-driven solutions is a strong plus.

  • Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable business insights.

Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly in presenting insights to non-technical audiences.

Commercially savvy, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
