Job Overview:

Performance Specialist to develop and enhance a structured, objective, and data-driven performance assessment framework for both tech and non-tech teams, ensuring fairness and alignment with our company culture, core business OKRs, and growth strategies. This role will lead the performance cycle rollout, engage stakeholders, and integrate performance evaluations with learning and career growth initiatives, while ensuring that assessments not only measure results but also consider cultural adherence and the impact employees bring to the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance management in diverse environments, skilled in data-driven assessments, and committed to fostering employee development through structured feedback that supports both individual and business success.



(Some of) What you will be doing:


  • Develop and enhance a structured, data-driven performance assessment framework for both tech and non-tech teams, aligned with core business OKRs and company culture.
  • Manage and execute the performance cycle rollout, from planning to implementation.
  • Establish objective performance measurement methodologies, integrating both quantitative and qualitative indicators.
  • Ensure cultural adherence is a key component of performance evaluations, recognizing employee contributions beyond results.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, collaborating with managers and employees to improve transparency and perception of fairness.
  • Align performance assessment with career development initiatives, linking feedback to learning opportunities and growth plans.
  • Support leaders in effectively using performance insights, providing guidance on goal-setting and employee development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Learning & Development, BI team, Strategy team and leadership to integrate performance insights into broader people and company strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends in performance management, ensuring the company remains innovative in its approach and the process is continuously improved.



Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?


  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Management, preferably within technology / scaling companies or startups.
  • Deep understanding of performance measurement frameworks, methodologies, an
  • Experience working with OKRs, KPIs, and agile performance management models.
  • Performance management of Tech teams.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and performance-related tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across levels.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset – constantly looking for better ways to measure and enhance performance.
  • Collaboration and adaptability – able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
