Role Overview

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Country Manager - KSA will be in charge of launching and expanding Snoonu's company in Saudi Arabia, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue development. Strong leadership skills, a thorough awareness of national expansion initiatives, and a combination of business and technology expertise are necessary for this position. In line with Snoonu's vision and operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will lead market expansion, strategic alliances, technologically advanced developments, and regulatory compliance.

Market Expansion & Growth

• Enter the KSA market strategically, focusing on Snoonu's strengths.
• Prioritize cities for expansion based on research and analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the KSA market.
• Raise brand awareness and build local partnerships.
• Build relationships with government entities.

Operations & Customer Experience

• Set up a strong last-mile logistics network.
• Prioritize excellent customer experience.
• Optimize delivery using data analytics, AI, and automation.

Tech & Digital Transformation

• Adapt the Snoonu platform for KSA customers.
• Spearhead digital initiatives for efficiency and engagement.
• Optimize decision-making and processes using data.

Financial & P&L Ownership

• Take ownership of the P&L in KSA.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance.

Leadership & Team Building

• Build and lead a high-performing local team.
• Invest in team development and mentorship.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration.

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

• 10+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce, logistics, or digital startups, with a proven track record of launching and scaling businesses in KSA or the GCC.
• Blended experience in Business & Tech, including strategic business expansion, digital transformation, and e-commerce/logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of the KSA market, including regulatory landscape and consumer behavior.
• Experience in P&L management, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, AI-driven solutions, and automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (preferred).
