Notable achievements include our standout appearance on Shark Tank India Season 2, where we clinched a landmark all-Shark Deal, setting us apart in the industry. Moreover, we have successfully raised Rs 110 crore in Series A funding round, with support from distinguished investors such as Singapore-based venture capital firm SWC Global and IvyCap Ventures. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and optimize HR operations while driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role requires a blend of operational expertise and recruitment acumen to ensure seamless HR processes and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders to define hiring needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. HR Operations: Oversee employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions. Manage employee engagement initiatives and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system. Handle payroll inputs, compliance requirements, and HR policy implementation. Process Improvement: Streamline HR workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency. Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive changes to maintain operational excellence as per compliance Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, providing correct insights / supports, as required Key Skills: Strong expertise in HR operations and full-cycle recruitment. Proficiency in HRIS tools and data-driven execution Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about navigating dynamic HR systems, embraces continuous learning, and values collaboration as a team player. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree in HR is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment roles.
