Experience Required

  • 7-12 years in Loans domain
  • Minimum 4+ years in Syndicated / SNC loans

Education

  • MBA (Finance) / B.Com / BE / B.Tech
  • Certifications in Banking domain preferred


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SNC Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Syndicated Loans / Corporate Lending. The candidate will work closely with business users, operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions across the syndicated loan lifecycle including deal setup, servicing, interest processing, and regulatory reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for Syndicated / Shared Loans
  • Conduct requirement workshops with corporate banking stakeholders
  • Prepare BRD / FRD, User stories, Process flows, Data mapping documents
  • Work on loan lifecycle events:
  • Deal setup
  • Tranche creation
  • Drawdowns & repayments
  • Interest & fee processing
  • Rate resets (LIBOR / SOFR / MCLR etc.)
  • Agency servicing
  • Perform gap analysis between current & target systems
  • Support SIT / UAT testing
  • Work with operations for reconciliation & issue resolution
  • Regulatory reporting alignment (RBI / internal compliance)
  • Support production issues & change requests

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Syndicated Loans, Consortium Lending, Term Loans / Revolvers, Loan servicing lifecycle, Interest calculation methods, Commitment & utilization tracking.
  • Loan IQ Systems Knowledge is must

Technical Skills

  • SQL (mandatory)
  • Data mapping & reconciliation
  • API integration understanding
  • Excel (advanced level)
