Virtual Assistant – Sales & Client Success Support (India Remote)

We are looking for an Intermediate Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional sales and client success support. This remote position based in India will play a critical role in enhancing client relationships and driving sales efficiency. Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in promptly managing client communications and inquiries. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interactions. Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and client feedback every week. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues. Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the company's services. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist in the development of sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials aimed at client engagement.
