You Are Responsible For
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with the Business team, to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Track budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to drive financial efficiency.
- Ability to comprehend new business models and do business modelling outlining growth opportunities and driving strategies for rollout.
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze customer cohorts, sales trends, spread and delinquency to identify growth opportunities as well as understanding the risk related aspects
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis for new business initiatives.
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Develop dashboards to track performance across LOB's - incorporating necessary cuts related to the respective LOB - essentially covering: Customer Metrics, Lending Metrices, Profitability & Risk Chartered Accountant qualified with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Good analytical ability with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership
- Ability to grow into larger responsibilities based on performance and interest
