Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, "real-time" predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Expense Forecasting & P&L Management: Take ownership of the expenses forecast for the business group, utilizing trend analysis and KPI reviews to manage and improve the P&L.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Financial Management: Build and implement an analytical and data-driven business finance function, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key financial metrics.
• Forecasting Model Setup: Set up and refine forecasting models to improve financial predictability, ensuring disciplined financial management and effective resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to the P&L, ensuring alignment across departments and seamless execution of financial strategies.
• Reporting Expertise: Provide hands-on experience in financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Revenue & Expense Simulation: Support finance and business leaders by simulating revenue projections and corresponding expenses, and assist in working out margin protection/improvement plans.
