About the role
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the SMM strategy and content plan developed by the Head of SMM
Posting posts, stories, Reels in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Linkedin)
Writing texts for posts, stories and Reels
Setting tasks for design and video and control over fulfillment of tasks by designers and video makers
Interaction with the translation team to translate content into foreign languages
Operational tasks on promotional campaigns: launch on social networks and interaction with CRM on relevant issues
Plan and implement account growth and user engagement tactics
Launching advertising campaigns to attract new audiences
Interaction with the community in chats and private messages
Suggest and use innovative tools (AI, bots, etc.) to automate routine tasks and achieve key performance metrics
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices
Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management review
Communication with other departments (CRM, Product, Analytics, Design, Security Service) on SMM-related issues
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
Over 1 year of experience as SMM
English: B2+ level is required
Experience in iGaming / Sports Betting as SMM-manager
Understanding the affiliate industry will be a huge advantage
Deep knowledge of specifics of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn)
Experience in creating viral videos (Reels)
Ability to work with little guidance and with multiple stakeholders;
Ability to work with AI tools
Perfect communication skills (both written and verbal)
