Outbound Prospecting & Strategic Partnerships - $100K Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions


Snapforms (snapforms.com.au) is a leading Australian SaaS platform that helps organisations of all sizes—from healthcare and government to education and enterprise—streamline data collection through smart, secure online forms.


We’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take the lead on outbound prospecting and early-stage engagement with high-value prospects. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking conversations with large organisations and surfacing opportunities for our senior sales and leadership team to take forward.


What You’ll Do


  • Proactively identify and reach out to target accounts.
  • Start conversations with the right decision-makers through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound strategies.
  • Qualify leads and uncover needs that align with Snapforms' value proposition.
  • Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to our senior sales or leadership team for demos and deal progression.
  • Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to refine messaging, target segments, and outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline progress, and lead qualification.

Who You Are


  • Experienced in SaaS or B2B sales, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
  • Skilled at identifying the right contacts, crafting compelling outreach, and sparking interest.
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.
  • Confident in your communication, but happy to pass the baton to others for technical demos or complex negotiations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous role.
