As City Head, you will lead Snabbit's growth and operations in your city. This is a mission-critical leadership role that combines strategic thinking with ground-level execution. You will own the expert supply pipeline, lead hiring, training, and onboarding, and ensure seamless service delivery with a laser focus on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and Scale Supply Drive expert onboarding through local hiring channels, partnerships, and referral networks Ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality, verified professionals to meet demand. Own Training and Quality Design and execute training programs to upskill experts Maintain service quality standards through continuous performance monitoring and retraining. Operational Excellence Monitor key metrics like order fulfillment, cancellation rates, and turnaround time Solve on-ground operational issues and continuously improve delivery efficiency. Team Leadership Hire, manage, and mentor a team of field operations associates and city-level managers Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and customer obsession. Cost and Efficiency Optimization Track operational costs, minimize wastage, and optimize unit economics Collaborate with central teams for tech, product, and supply chain improvements. Local Strategy & Growth Adapt central playbooks to your city's unique dynamics Drive local growth experiments and report performance insights to the leadership team.
