Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer located in Tada. The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production lines, overseeing SMT equipment setup and operation, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring efficient production runs. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high product quality. The SMT Process Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with quality standards and production goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SMT Equipment operation, setup, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with process optimization and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of quality standards, production efficiency, and equipment calibration
- Ability to analyze data and provide process improvements to optimize performance
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and relevant safety protocols
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with HVACR industry processes and standards is a plus
