Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) maintenance. The SMT Maintenance Technician will perform equipment maintenance, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, address maintenance and repair needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the operational efficiency of SMT equipment. The role requires proactive work to ensure minimal downtime, adherence to safety guidelines, and close collaboration with the technical team to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair related to SMT equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Prior experience with SMT processes is a plus
