Role Overview

We are looking for a Account Manager to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will support client portfolio management, foster customer relationships, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. This role requires a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior account managers in managing client portfolios, presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, support) to deliver client requirements.
  • Assist in client onboarding and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking interactions, renewals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Support lead qualification, outreach campaigns, and contribute to upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor client health, adoption, and satisfaction to minimize churn and maximize renewals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and account growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred.
