About the role
Objective:
- To maintain the devices, pumps, spray guns etc. in the frame of the lacquer processing
- The paint shop should also work with the lowest down times
- Greatest possible benefit of the operating facilities through professional
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in mechanics or display strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency:
- Knowledge in implementation of spray guns and in every coloristic installations
- Troubleshooting, even after exploded view
- Reliability
- Commercial thinking
- Handling of detergents and solvents
Main Duties:
- Cleaning of defective spray guns, pumps, pressure regulations, etc.
- To overhaul the devices and keep them in a proper function
- Maintenance and fault elimination of all color technical conveyors
- Spare parts management
- Maintain accurate spare parts inventory for atomizer repairs
- After a repair the devices should be tested and approved with a signature
- The proper function must be given after leaving the shop
- The paint shop should not be disturbed through long repair times
