Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive, based in Jaipur. The SMO Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s online presence through social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, implementing SMO strategies, tracking analytics, engaging with audiences to increase visibility, and staying updated with the latest tools and trends in the social media domain. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams is also a key part of the role to ensure alignment with broader branding and communication objectives.
Qualifications
- Social Media Optimization (SMO), social media management, and platform-specific expertise in networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Content creation, creative thinking, and the ability to develop engaging posts, images, and videos.
- Analytics and reporting skills, understanding of key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and lead conversions.
- Knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and other SMO tools.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and how they relate to social media optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as an SMO Executive, Digital Marketer, or in a related role is an advantage.
