Role Description
This full-time, remote Social Media Optimization (SMO) role involves managing and enhancing the online presence and engagement of VSR Law Professional Corporation. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, analyzing metrics to improve performance, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. The SMO Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and managing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Strong skills in content creation, social media strategy development, and analyzing metrics for performance improvement
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and online audience engagement strategies
- Ability to write clear, compelling, and professional posts tailored to various audiences
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with legal industry trends and terminology
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an asset
